Whether your guest
count is 20 or 200 Hotel Haya has various locations to
accommodate your party’s needs. The architectural details of each space celebrates all the history of Old Ybor City, making them beautiful backdrops for your ceremony, cocktail hour or dinner and dancing. Our top 4 favorites are Las Novedades, Valencia Foyer, Valencia Ballroom and the Roosevelt.
Bridal Suites
The Hotel Haya has 3 bridal suites to choose from to book for your getting ready experience. They are all styled a little differently and cater to different needs based on your bridal party size. You can choose between the Floridian Suite, the Junior Balcony Suite, or the One Bedroom Balcony King Suite.
Flor Fina
There is no doubt with Flor Fina catering your cocktail hour and reception that the food and drinks served will be to die for. Their executive chef crafts a menu that can be selected as-is or customized best to your liking for your day. You and your guests will be apart of a culinary experience like non other!
We cannot say enough good things about Garry, Stacy and all of the Evoke team. Working with them was such a fun, smooth, and memorable experience. From day one, they made us feel so comfortable, had really creative and amazing shot ideas both for the engagement shoot (highly recommend) and the wedding, and had such a great presence throughout the entire day.

FAQ's
We would suggest this, yes! There are two separate spaces for you and your soon-to-be-spouse to get ready. Ample space for you and your group to get ready for the big day, all in a beautiful atmosphere. A plus for your photography team is that we can cover both rooms documenting some of the special pre-wedding moments that unfold.

Where do you recommend taking our family portraits?
We always suggest to take into consideration lighting for the best photographic results. That being said, Hotel Haya has all inside ceremonies that all provide beautiful natural light. With that, using your ceremony site provides a gorgeous backdrop for these portraits.
where do you recommend for the ceremony?
Every ceremony site at Hotel Haya has its own character and personality that can compliment your style. For a venue that is majority inside, every site has tons of natural lighting, so they are all good choices from a photography stand point. Las Novedades and the Valencia Foyer are 2 good choices for the exposed brick look, along with tons of light.
what are your favorite photo op spots around the hotel?
There are numerous beautiful spots in and around the hotel. Which ones we want to stop at solely depends on the vibe that you are wanting. From your wedding suite balcony, to outside of Flor Fina, to the maroon drapes by the bar, we could go on and on with suggestions.
How long should we plan to take newlywed portraits?
This section of your photography timeline is arguably the most important. That being said, you will most likely need to plan to not attend cocktail hour. We know that's probably not the news you were hoping for, but trust us - it's worth the sacrifice! Plan for at a minimum of 25 - 30 minutes to get those most crucial sweetheart photos of just the two of you.
What is the capacity of the different ballrooms at Hotel Haya?
A major perk you get at this venue is their ceremony, cocktail, and dinner location options! If you are planning a more intimate wedding the Mariposa, La Galeria, the Roosevelt and the Quiquiriqi all hold a 40-60 guest ceremony. The Courtyard or Valencia Foyer is great for a 100-120 guest count wedding. For a larger wedding, Las Novedades and the Valencia Ballroom holds a 200-300 guest ceremony.
