Elyse and Mario's Love Story: Mario and I met through mutual friends back in 2011. With similar interests in cars and music we immediately clicked. We were great friends at first until it naturally became something more. We got engaged in 2018 and finally married in 2021! We love to travel and have two cats named Zola and Gracie! What is the one thing you love most about each other? With each other we can be ourselves.
What was your style inspiration for the overall aesthetic and feel of your wedding? Romantic/European! We are going to Italy for our honeymoon and Mario is from Germany so it all flowed together nicely! What was your favorite part about your venue? In other words, what made you choose it? We fell in love with the romantic European architecture of BellaCosa. The venue is private and already beautiful without decorations.
What was your favorite (or least favorite) part about wedding planning? My favorite part of the wedding was the ceremony! I loved the sounds of the string trio. If you could pick one thing to do differently in your wedding planning, what would that be? Stop fixating on whether or not it was going to rain!
